- Return of the items purchased from Walkway Stop, shall be allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the products is in its original, unusual and saleable condition with original statement.
- We do not return Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Undergarments, and other reasons.
- Any exchange or returns for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
- You may call walkwayshop.com customer care on (044) 4353 2074, 9941619806 (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us.
- Products bought during sale will be exchanged within the same sale period only.
- In Electronic items, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty. Leading successful validation of the complaint we will process your request for return/replacement with consider to the faulty electronic item(s). The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty.
- Items that you return should not be used, altered, washed, or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
- Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the required quality checks.
