Return Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free and easy No Questions Asked Return Policy.

    1. Return of the items purchased from Walkway Stop, shall be allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the products is in its original, unusual and saleable condition with original statement.
    2. We do not return Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Undergarments, and other reasons.
    3. Any exchange or returns for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
    4. You may call customer care on (044) 4353 2074, 9941619806 (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us.
    5. Products bought during sale will be exchanged within the same sale period only.
    6. In Electronic items, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty. Leading successful validation of the complaint we will process your request for return/replacement with consider to the faulty electronic item(s). The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty.
    7. Items that you return should not be used, altered, washed, or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
    8. Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the required quality checks.
